Body

Once you have found the name of the author it is useful to find out as much information as you can about them.

Check if anyone else has heard of them, e.g. teacher, doctor.

Also check to see where you can contact them.

Is there an address, phone number and e-mail?

Just an e-mail address, on it's own, is no proof that the author is a genuine expert on a subject or even who they claim to be, because anyone can get an e-mail address.

LINKS - Some web sites have a link taking you to another web site. If the authors of this other web site really know about the site you are visiting, there will also be a link back.
