1. Is it clear who has written the information?

Saying something in a certain way to make you think or believe one particular thing is called BIAS.

Balancing

A site that is unbiased will aim to give you a balanced opinion. It will consider many people's opinions or several sets of facts before giving the authors own point of view. In this case, you may also be able to form your own opinions instead of just accepting that one set of information must be the "right one".
