I bought crest whitestrips today and it’s my first time trying teeth whitening. I’m 16 years old.
How long does it last? I know it varies but could you say the average? Or how long it lasts if you take care of your teeth well? Not so well?

Do not use the product anymore. Give it some time and it will pass. Maybe 12 hours or so.

Be it, whitening strips or etc. I’m trying to debate whether those crest white strips truly work or not? I had some of the crest white strips but they didn’t really help for me. My teeth are not severely yellow but they’re not as white as I want them to be :/

Ways to whiten teeth on your own : 1st, purchase dental floss, mouth-wash, Un-acidic baking soda, seltzer water, and a toothbrush.
2nd, brush teeth with daily tooth paste in the morning and wait till around 6-7 p.m.
lightly place a small amount of baking soda on the bristles of your brush.
Brush all areas including back of teeth and tongue.
3rd, floss well and rinse mouth with mouth-wash and then water.
Repeat if you like, but never more than 3 times.
Complete these steps 3-4 nights out of 7 for about 4 weeks and your teeth should look phenomenal! good luck my friend!
